Notes: Triphylite is the predominant primary phosphate at the Chickering Mine. The blue triphylite on the freshly broken surface sharply contrasts with the surface exposed to years of weathering on the mine dump. The brown zone in the top right has altered to ferrisicklerite.

Notes: This glassy, columnar, zone is similar to the EDS analyzed NH display specimen. Both are from the Belknap mountains geologic environment. EDS analysis of this specimen is planned.
Marialite is the sodium rich member of the scapolite mineral group.
The red zone in the lower left is the tip of a micro-mineral pointer marker.
